Torollo Studio

Draw backend systems with real Docker containers

Torollo Studio — draw a backend canvas where every node is a real Docker container and roadmaps check live system states

How to use Torollo Studio

  1. Pick a start method, npx torollo start or Docker Compose, and copy its real commands
  2. Plan a lab by toggling web, app, load balancer, database and Redis nodes
  3. Tighten the public to database firewall rule on port 5432 until the planner passes
  4. Pick one of the three real roadmaps and follow its validated steps in order
  5. Study the eight validator types to see how each step is graded against live state

Features

  • Built on the real Derssa Torollo repo, Backend Systems Lab v1.2.5, MIT licensed, Node 18 plus
  • Lab planner mirrors the repo validators: container running, edge exists, port denied, load balancer upstreams
  • Start and doctor commands verbatim from the README, frontend port 23232 and backend port 23233
  • Three real roadmaps with exact step counts: resilient three-tier 10, cache-aside Redis 9, queue workers 8
  • Honest scope: real Docker containers and firewall rules run on your machine, not inside this page
