How to use Tennis Studio

  1. Paste CSV, TSV, pipe or semicolon data, or JSON and JSONL, or open a file from your device
  2. Pick one of the 18 repo border styles and a dark or light terminal theme
  3. Set the title, digits, table width, row numbers and zebra stripes
  4. Sort, filter, head and tail rows, or select and deselect columns by header
  5. Make a column bigger with -b, -bb for p90 width or -bbb for full width
  6. Add a red-to-green or green-to-red colour scale to a numeric column
  7. Open Peek for the 5-row sample plus fill, uniq, min and max stats per column
  8. Copy the table text or download it as a .txt file

Features

  • Built on the real gurgeous/tennis repo (MIT, v0.8.0) with its rendering pipeline ported faithfully
  • All 18 border styles with the exact specimens from the repo, parsed by the same logic
  • Repo auto-layout: narrow columns keep natural width, wide columns split the leftover, MIN_COL 2
  • Delimiter sniffer for comma, tab, semicolon and pipe, plus JSON and JSONL input
  • Column type inference with the 31 text headers that force text, like zip, phone, sku and isbn
  • Locale number formatting with grouping and 3 default digits, empty cells as an em-dash
  • Peek mode with sample rows and per-column stats, matching the repo peek logic
  • Renders the repo's own test.csv exactly like its golden output at width 80
  • Honest scope: SQLite files need the external sqlite3 CLI and cannot load in a browser
