PlayCanvas React Studio

Build a PlayCanvas React scene from primitives, lights and cameras

PlayCanvas React Studio — build a real PlayCanvas React scene from primitives, lights, cameras and copy the working code

How to use PlayCanvas React Studio

  1. Start from the default scene with a hero sphere, a ground box, a camera and a directional light
  2. Add an entity by name, primitive, position, scale and rotation, with validation on every field
  3. Switch the light between directional, omni and spot and watch the generated code update
  4. Preview entity positions in the flat 2D projection, then remove entities you no longer need
  5. Copy or download the generated Scene.jsx and run it in a real PlayCanvas React project

Features

  • Built on the real playcanvas react repo, package at playcanvas react version 0.11.7, MIT licensed
  • All seven repo primitives, box, capsule, cone, cylinder, plane, sphere and torus, validated
  • Real scene code using Application, Entity, Camera, Render, Light and OrbitControls imports
  • Entity validation rejects unknown primitives and non-numeric or short position, scale and rotation
  • Honest scope: the preview is a 2D projection, live WebGL rendering needs the real engine and canvas
